Diploma in Marketing Management
Marketing management is “planning, organising, controlling and implementing of marketing programmes, policies, strategies and tactics designed to create and satisfy the demand for the firms’ product offerings or services as a means of generating an acceptable profit.”
Learning Objectives
To provide prospective Marketing students with a body of knowledge which will:
- Increase their employment opportunities
- Prepare them for supervisory and management careers in industry and commerce
- Provide them with a qualification which will enable them to progress to higher level commercial management or specialised business/management programmes at a later stage in their business or academic careers.
The ICM Diploma in Marketing Management programme is also suitable for working supervisors and managers who require management qualifications for career advancement or promotion purposes.
Requirements
- One GCE A-level plus three GCSEs (or equivalents) or 5 Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate examinations (CSEC)
- A suitable BTEC National Award
- Any other qualification and/or work experience can be considered as evidence of the above
